CLIENT CHECK IN:Call upon arrival so we can let you know if your stylist is ready for you. Please enter through the back door and exit through the front door as the salon will be one way.
MASKS AT ALL TIMES:Bring a disposable or washable mask and our team will also be wearing masks.
SANITIZE UPON ARRIVE:We will provide you with hand sanitizer at the entrance and throughout the salon.
WAITING AREA:Our waiting area will be closed and we will not be offering any complimentary beverages or magazines at this time.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT:Credit card or Apple pay are preferred. Cash back will be unavailable during this time. We kindly ask if you would like to leave gratuity to do so with Venmo or cash/check enclosed in an envelope.
APPOINTMENTS:We ask you to please give yourself plenty of time to relax and enjoy while we work our magic on your post-quarantine hair. Color Clients: Please arrive with clean hair - free of all “root cover up”.
CLIENTS ONLY:No friends, family or children may accompany you to your appointment during this time.
RETAIL AREA:Our team will be happy to help you stock up on your favorite products or we can recommend something new!
NO WALK - IN SERVICES:Please call ahead to schedule appointments and product pickups will be at the door.
ESSENTIAL ITEMS ONLY:Please only bring your essential personal items - keys, phone, kindle or payment method. We will not be offering robes to our clients to change at this time so please dress accordingly. Please refrain from bringing beverages.
SOCIAL DISTANCE:All Stations, sinks and dryers will be 6 feet apart to maintain social distancing. Our staff will be limited and adding additional days to accommodate our clients.
STRICT SANITATION:We will be following all recommended measures of sanitation and disinfection required by the CDC between all clients as well as cleaning the salon and restroom throughout the day.
CANCELLATIONS:We ask if you or someone you know is not feeling well that you promptly cancel your appointment.
