Our Team
Julie and Susan have been together in the beauty industry for 3 decades. 8 years were spent at John Dellaria Salon and the remainder here as co-owners of Rudolph Adamo Salon for 30 years. They have an extensive resume with Dellaria Parametrics, Sebastian, Wella, Kevin Murphy, Vidal Sassoon, Beth Minardi, Nick Arrojo and the Doves. In addition they are also mentors, educators and leaders for their salon and firm believers in on-going education and expect it from all their staff.
Julie Barry
Julie is a friend to her staff and clients. She’s known for creating strong, feminine, yet distinctly modern cuts; as well as specializing in men's cuts. Julie stresses the importance of keeping an up to date look with the changing times. Whether your hair is long, short or mid-length, Julie believes any length can look current with an updated cut.
Susan Heger
Susan has been through many decades of fashion and style. She is comfortable with all aspects of cutting, coloring, and styling and she takes a fearless yet conservative approach. Her clientele is the true proof of her many talents.
Cara Casella
Cara joined the Rudolph Adamo team in 2013. As the Salon Manager she oversees the day-to-day operations. Cara manages human resources, marketing, financials, retail merchandising and the employee education program for the salon. As our Bridal Coordinator she is also responsible for insuring customer satisfaction and positive feedback. Cara always makes sure the stylists meet the expectations of our clients!
Kim Gallagher
Kim’s clients are some of the most loyal for a reason. She always takes the time to listen to what her clients want. When she offers suggestions for style or color, the formula is always a perfect match. After graduating from Blaine Beauty School, Kim has attended many cutting and coloring classes over the past 25 years. At Rudolph Adamo Salon, she’s everyone’s mentor and watching her work is a lesson in high standards, service, and style. Hard work and great talent have made Kim a stylist in high demand.
Colby Dahlstrom
Colby joined the Rudolph Adamo team in 2012 and brought positive inspiration to us all. She stays current in the beauty industry by attending our salon training classes, and in return taking her knowledge to the floor. She enjoys sharing her skills with our junior stylists and watching them grow. She is educated in all of our product lines, Keratin Complex certified and has received her certification in SHE by SO.CAP keratin bond hair extensions. Colby has dual licences in the aesthetics field from Elizabeth Grady, as well as the cosmetology field from Mansfield Beauty School. Her true passion is in the world of color, though she thoroughly enjoys making people feel great by combining all of her artistic talents. She quickly became a successful, busy stylist!
Kerry Light
Kerry has been with Rudolph Adamo Salon since 2013. From her first week forward, she has stayed motivated in keeping current in the industry on all the latest trends. She excels in both color and cutting. She has been through a training program at the Chicago Vidal Sassoon Academy, as well as many Wella and Kevin Murphy classes at their institutes in Boston. Kerry's tranquil personality, soft approach and natural talent are a perfect fit for our salon and we are sure you will agree.
Tory Proctor
Tory was born into the beauty industry by following her father and grandmothers foot steps. She made a change from studying Criminal Justice at Suffolk University to pursue her natural talent. After graduating top of her class at Toni & Guy Academy, she earned multiple certifications with Keratin Complex, Wella Professional, Redken, Color.Me. and KEVIN MURPHY session.salon artist. She also completed an intense cutting class at Vidal Sassoon Academy. Although skilled in cutting and styling, Tory specializes in hair painting, sun kissed blondes and advanced color. Tory's natural talents and desire for excellence will help you bring out your best personal style. |
Sam Boorack
Sam joined the Rudolph Adamo team in 2017 after graduating from Toni and Guy Hairdressing Academy. Following in the footsteps of her mother, she has always had a passion for hair. She is certified in Keratin Complex & KM Color.Me but is always working hard to learn more. She actively participates in various salon classes, and is always up to date with new styles and trends. She shines at both color and cutting. With her bubbly personality, Sam makes sure every client is comfortable and leaves with a smile on their face!
Meg Smith
Meg is a bubbly and artistic stylist. Her love for hair started at a young age when she started experimenting with clip in extensions and different hairstyles as a way to express herself. Before making Rudolph Adamo her home in 2018, Meg had experience working in other high end salons.
She graduated from Toni and Guy in 2016 and watched her confidence grow both inside the salon and out the longer she was behind the chair.
Meg now holds multiple certifications - Keratin Complex, KM Color.me, SHE by SO CAP extensions, KEVIN.MURPHY session.salon artist and more.
She enjoys everything from balayage to brides but has the most fun adding lengths to your locks.

Toni Bono
While attending the cosmetology program at South Shore Technical High School, Toni started participating in the cooperative program at Rudolph Adamo Salon in 2019. After graduating top of her class in 2020 & completing our apprentice program, Toni began her full time career behind the chair. Toni specializes in balayage, bright blondes and brunette hues. She enjoys special occasion styles and precision haircuts. Toni's positive energy makes every client in her chair enjoy the appointment from start to finish.
